آلومینای تبولار(تبولار آلومینا)

Tabular alumina is one of the main and widely used raw materials in the refractory industry. Due to its high purity, excellent refractoriness, high abrasion resistance, high chemical resistance, and other properties, it has extensive applications in various castable refractories, shaped products such as bricks and precast components, and other refractory materials

مشخصات محصول

Tabular alumina is produced through the sintering of calcined alumina, forming pellets with a diameter of, for example, 25 millimeters. This thermal process occurs at a minimum temperature of 1800 degrees Celsius, approaching the melting point of aluminum oxide (2040 degrees Celsius). During the sintering process, the recrystallization of alpha-alumina crystals leads to the aggregation of these crystals and the formation of larger crystals. The tabular alumina crystals (of the alpha-alumina type or corundum mineral crystalline structure) are large, flat, and tablet-shaped. The sintering process is rapid, resulting in closed pores being trapped among the larger crystals, which gives this unique microstructure an increased shock resistance. Consequently, the contraction that occurs during crystal aggregation forms a dense structure with low porosity.

Tabular alumina possesses high refractoriness, excellent phase and dimensional stability, high thermal shock resistance, high abrasion resistance, and high chemical resistance.

In the refractory industry, tabular alumina is one of the most commonly used raw materials. It is utilized in various refractories such as castable , high-alumina bricks, and corundum products, among others.
